Asharqia Chamber presents its best greetings to you, and would like to inform you about receiving a letter from the Council of Saudi Chambers No. (L, L / 1620) dated (5/6/1439). It referred to the letter from the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization No. (3600 / p) dated (22/5/1439), which includes the preparation of the Standard Specification of the air bends for heavy transport vehicles and distributed to the relevant authorities for comments. A workshop was held on the project "Following Standard Specification of the air bends for heavy transport vehicles" (29/8/1438).
The Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization would like to ensure that the Saudi standard specifications represent the national needs, drive the development of the various sectors, and seek the views of the relevant establishments. Therefore, the Authority is in the process of holding the second workshop for this project on Tuesday 18/6/1439(6 / 3/2018), at 9.30 am in the main building of the Org. in Riyadh.
The Org. would like all the workshop and factories owners to participate in this important workshop, noting that this standard will be issued as a mandatory Saudi standard.
